Ready to jump in with both feet!
Hey folks. I have popped in and out for quite a while. I've never really felt like I fit in here. I tried several times to start some groups/get togethers and they never worked out. I just kind of went away.
Well, I'm back now.
I was diagnosed today with severe anemia and potassium deficiency and I need to get back in control of my health. I have decided that this can only been done with the support of others.
So here I am, asking for support, asking you all to get to know me and to let me get to know you.
I need all of you and I think I might be able to offer some good support in return.
So, will ya let me play?

Daph - welcome back. Sometimes (unfortunately) we are all going so many different directions it gets crazy in here. Sorry you didn't feel like part of the group before.
I think you are a courageous individual for asking for help! We are here for you and if you don't get responses directly, bust us individually by sending us email directly. We don't mean to pass over anyone. Sometimes it is just a crazy world. I know I don't get to answer many posts sometimes, but I am on here reading at least once per day!
I hope you know we support you and just make sure you also keep your doctors on the up and up and montitoring you too. Make sure they give you a treatment plan so that you know how often you should be tested and what you should be doing to correct your health situation. Most of the time we ALL fail to ask for what we need. insist on it!! Your health is the most important thing to you!
Just know that we are here for you!!! HUGS!

THE ABILITY TO CONTINUE IN THE PRESENCE OF FEAR.
