How strange, I could have swore I posted a hello on the Okie forums yesterday but I am not seeing it. So here we will try this one more time. My name is LaCinda (Cindy) and I am happily married to my Mr Wonderful! Together we have 4 children and 2 doggie kids. I just got my approval for my surgery yesterday and I am so excited. I have been fighting insurance for 2 years to get my approval! Never give up is the key I am learning! So between now and the next 60 days I am surgery bound! My friend Tracy had the surgery 4 years ago and she is doing awesome! I talked to her just yesterday and she told me about this site! I have to say I am already addicted to you all already! I spent most of the night just reading and seeing so many things about so many people who walk in my shoes everyday. We think we are alone until someone finally slaps us hard enough and we get pointed the right direction and see that there are many mini me's out there with the same problems seeking the same help that I am. I look forward to making many new friends here and getting lots of support. I hope to also be of some help to someone as well. Hugs to you and chat with you soon! ~Cindy~

Welcome! We have alot of nice folks here and we all understand the ups and downs of preop and postops. Congratulations on your hard won battle for approval.
