WOO HOO!!!! MY journey is Movin' right along!!!!

WOO HOO!!!  I just got a call from surgical associates!!!  I have an appointment!! I'm going in to see the nutritionist on Jan 17 at 11:00 Seeing Dr. Katsis on January 23 at 1:00!!! Guess what????  I made an unofficial goal of getting my appointment with Dr. Katsis by MY BIRTHDAY!  That is the time frame I was hoping for! Well, Well...  Guess what??!!!!!  January 23 is my 36th Birthday!!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!! I'm so excited.  Can you tell?

I am just sooo ready to take charge of my life... I went geocaching over the weekend and I thought I was going to die going up a hill on the pathfinder parkway here in town.  Josh and Miranda (the 9 yr. old) left me in the dust and I thought I was going to have to stop and sit down and rest!!  If I had been alone, I WOULD have!  I may have even gave up on it!  But, I tried to tough it out because I was with them.  But, it was embarrassing! I want to get this extra weight off of me and get in better shape.  I want 2008 to be great!

Yes indeed what Tonja said Dot, this year your birthday could be called your RE-birthday.  My journey starts this weekend on Saturday with the seminar.  My birthday is just a few days after yours on the 3rd so hopefully I can get some appointments set up by then too.

I agree.  I'm kinda glad I will be spending part of my birthday meeting Dr. Katsis!  I'm also blessed to get about $300 birthday money each year from family members and this year I'm going to use it toward my payment to Dr. Katsis.  So, it LITERALLY will be my birthday present!
