So after a month and a half, the dr.s office finally called me yesterday. They faxed my medical records to me last night, and I sent them over to Dr. Keiths office yesterday. Now they will mail to Aetna, and we will play the waiting game...again. Does anyone have Aetna, and know how long it takes them to respond?

I would call them about every wee****il about 4 weeks have passed and then if you still don't know, I'd call them and bug them about every other day. You know... THE SQUEAKY WHEEL..... (you know the rest!)
