Remember to ask your surgeon/nutritionist...
I just want to remind all of you that if you have questions on what you can eat at whatever stage you are in with your surgery...please remember to ask your surgeon/nutritionist. You've come to far to take a chance at messing up your pouch, tearing stitches, etc. Your pouch is your baby...especially in the beginning phase...you need to treat it as such and be careful. I know for most, our surgery is a last effort on losing weight and we don't want to mess anything up.
So, please be cautious.
With love,
Tonja
