Not feeling too hot
I woke up grouchy and irritable. I am also sore. It's mainly the pulled muscle in my abdomin that's killing me. It seems most any action involving my whole right arm causes me pain. Little movements are ok just no weight or strain at all on my right arm. That includes trying to use it to get to a sitting position. Then I get a burning pain in the upper right area of my abdomin. Dr W said it was a pulled muscle and would heal. In the meantime I'm wearing my belly binder because he said to for 1 more week. My ribs are actually sore from it. It rolls up and puts extra pressure on my ribs so I have to tug it back into place (which puts strain on my right arm). It's very much a darned if you do, darned if you don't situation.
Anyhow, this morning I got up and drank my Isopure and chewed up my vitamins. It didn't take long for stomach cramps and diarrah to set in. Just what I need. Something that causes dehydration when I'm not getting enough liquids as it is.
On a brighter note, I ate some scallops. Wonderful stuff. 15g protien per 4oz. I can't do 4oz but I can do 2. That still works out to be more protien than I get from beans.
I don't know if I have some sort of stomach bug or if the vitamins before food caused the problem. I have to take the vitamins 3X a day, but only eat 2X. So I don't know what to do about that.
Any suggestions? I'm SO looking forward to nap time today.

It was ok. Only about 6 or 7 people there. She talked about emotional eating and then we all sort of talked about our issues. I'm glad I went, but not too sure what I may have gotten out of it except being around people who've been where I am.

I did drink a protien drink with the vitamins. I don't know what exactly I should do. Maybe I should switch to eating 3X a day and doing protien 2X, but then I may not get all my protien. I can only eat 3tbs - 2oz at a sitting. I haven't tried milk yet and I have a soy sensitivity that I'm not yet ready to test. I plan on giving skim milk a try next week. I haven't been able to stomach any of the creamy protien drinks yet, only Isopure and Cyosport Protein.
