Have anyone wrote a WLS cookbook? Would I find one at Barnes & Noble? I want a good spicy soup recipe.

Try vegetarian cookbooks-they have lots of hearty soups wit grains and veggies and usually are low sugar/fat. Then toss in some chicken if you like....tee hee.

Weightwise has a couple of cookbooks available through their store. www.weightwise.com or if you are in the city they have a store at the facility in edmond. good luck!
