Who will do a fill on Mexico surgery?

Does anyone know a doctor in the Tulsa or joplin area that will do a fill on someone that had surgery in mexico?

I know there is a Dr in Dallas that does fills.  He got most of his training in Mexico and many of his patients are now fills that had surgery in Mexico.  I am not sure of his name, but I can ask my contact if you want me too.  It is the closest one that she was able to find. 

They are opening a Fill Center USA in Tulsa.  When they are up and running, I may give up going to Houston for fills........OR NOT.  Ok, it's worth driving down there to see a doctor that looks just like Denzel Washington and shopping at the outlet mall.  There, I said it.

I'm from the Houston area.  I DO miss those outlet malls!

The assistant for my surgeon does his fills for lapbanders.  His name is JoeBob Kirk and he practices out of Bailey Medical Center in Owasso.  You might try checking with him to see if he will do fills for you.  I don't have his ph#, but you could call Dr Gorospe's ofc at 918-252-2800 to find out.

thank you everyone for the suggestions.. a lady I know had surgery done in mexico and she has had to drive 8 hours for a fill .... I told her I would ask here to see if anyone knew of a closer one.. so thanks ya all

Don't take this wrong, but why does it scare me that there is a doctor in Oklahoma named Joe Bob?  Or is it just me?  I'm just saying!!!!  I've lived in Oklahoma long enough to not be surprised by most things, but that just caught my eye!!  Thanks for the momentary laugh!!!  Ruth 

Funny you say this!  ROFL!!!  I thought the EXACT same thing!!! I'm originally from Kansas City, Missouri and although I've lived a majority of my life here in Oklahoma, I'm just kinda anti-Okie...  I mean like, anti "cowboy"  I don't dress western, listen to country music, I cringe at some of the lingo around here (like "pop" when you're talking about soda, like "ya'all", like "fixin" as in you are "fixin to do something or go somewhere")...  UGH...  I feel like I"m going to get flamed... I don't hold it against anyone if they are cowboys, if they like western clothes, listen to country music, etc...  I just try my hardest not to let any of those things seep into me! About Joe Bob though, I have never met him, but I have NEVER heard anything bad about him.  From what I understand, he is very nice and a good doctor!  I think a lot of people actually prefer him to Dr. Gorospe when it comes to needing to talk to someone!

I thought the same thing too...."I'm gonna go down and let Joe Bob fill my band" That is to funny. Glad I don't have a band! If she had it done in Mexico she's probably lucky to still be with us.
