Yeah for your first fill!  It's exciting! Just make sure you just sip on your water tomorrow.  Don't eat anything tomorrow morning or before your fill.  You are going to do great!  Have fun and hope you get really great restriction! Tonja

Good luck with your first fill - hope everything goes well.  25 pounds is great though, I have a dr appointment with Dr. G on Tuesday afternoon, hoping they do my labs.  Also, I am waiting on test results from  the gynecologist office, and I am so nervous.  I had an a typical pap 3 months ago and this was a followup - they are suppose to call me this week.   Hope to hear how things went with your fill.  We are leaving town on Saturday and I have an extremely busy week - still  haven't found a job, but haven't looked that much really.  Which needs to change very soon, lol.   Take care hon and we willl talk to you later.   Brenda

It's scarey, isn't it?  But really, it isn't painful at all.  Remember to sip your water and warm herbal tea.

I know I sound like a warm herbal tea and netti pot pusher but they really do work!

Dr. Oz and Oprah called it a nose bidet today-you rinse your nose out with saline solution.  It helps with allergies and sinsusitus.

My husband was telling me about the nose bidet thing.  I wonder if it would help with my allergies.  I already use Saline Solution every night and it has done wonders for me. I haven't posted in awhile.  Way to much going on at work and at home.  It is making it really hard to stick to my diet in losing the remaining 19 pounds so I can get a surgery date.  My next dr's appointment is on the 28th.  I hope I have lost something by then.  I'm pretty discouraged today. Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas.
