I know it has been a long while since I have posted. All is well and my weight loss is going great! I am 11 weeks out and I have lost 54lbs!!! I never want to see those pounds ever again. I hope all of my Oklahoma family is doing good. I pray that everyone has a warm place to lay their heads a night. To everyone on the loser's bench, keep up the good work!1
