First Timer Been Looking Down Loaded Picture Can't Put in Profile

Hello Fellow Oklahoman's I have been looking  at the forum for 6 days. I finally joined on the second. I have put my surgery date in-Dec. 18 Dr. Keith, but I can't get my picture to appear in my profile. It is in my album. Also, how can I change my name? I have found a lot of help on these sites. I am on my first day of the 10 day diet. I'm doing good but haven't had to cook any family meals yet.LOL Ramona

welcome and hang in there , i found the first 2 days of the diet to be the hardest , i had a headache because of the lowered carb intake, but after day 2 it was downhill from there , i just kept the goal in sight during my rough times, and i wont lie there were some , but i made it , and you will too.  Congrats on your surgery .  Luanne

Thanks Luanne, I tried the photo last night and it didn't work , but I had e-mailed a picture to [email protected] and I guess they finally got it posted. If I could impose again,  how do you get the tickers, etc. at the bottom of the messages? I'm on my second day of meal replacements and some meat and veg with supplements inbetween and seem to be doing OK. I was suprised that I could actually drink 30 min. before and not during the meal. I wait 30 minutes after also. I started pretty late for breakfast this morning and my daughter cooked lunch so I didn't get my supplement inbetween. I guess I'll save it all for this afternoon and because I am not hungery now.
