Excited and Nervous .......

I went to my POD Wed. and I've lost 12Lbs   I start total liquids tomorrow, only 3 days until surgery ........ getting a little nervous and excited at the same time, I was able to pick the band I wanted to use I went with the Realize Band, it was developed in Sweden in 1985 and was FDA approved for U.S. patients this year, I liked it because of the way it came together and the size of the port, I liked being able to choose between a couple different ones, now I'm just praying we don't get the bad weather that is due in this Sunday - Tuesday I love the snow but not the ice Yuck!!  I guess the bike ride I had planned with my grandsons is out, will have to think of something else......... maybe we can get a head start on the gingerbread house, we do one every year and this year my oldest grand-daughter is 2 and can join in on the fun, well I'm off the YMCA hope ya'll have a great weekend. Good for you on your 12 lb loss!  That's great!!  I've been seeing my PCP every month since Oct 3 for monthly weigh in's in case it is required...  I haven't lost anything, but I'm trying harder this month!  I see her Friday the 14th. I've been avoiding the news.  I just found out about our weather change this morning!  I hate ice too.  I don't have any appointments or anything until Thursday of next week, so I hope the roads are good by then!  I do NOT want to reschedule!!!
