Who Wants Some Prayers?

With starting a new week, I wanted to post again, Who Wants Some Prayers? I know there are several of you who have just had surgery, are getting ready for surgery and those of you who still in the crazy cycle of trying to get things going.  There are also those of you who have family that need prayer. Please for ask prayer for yourself, anyone or anything.  You can give as much or as little detail as your would like. I have some unspoken requests.  I would appreciate just knowing someone was remembering me. There is power in prayer! Tonja

Tonja, I have some family still down in New Orleans and just found out last night that my cousin who is just a little older than me is on life support and the family was waiting to remove it.  He had a brain tumor removed shortly after I had my RNY.  I spoke with my mom this morning and she said that they waited to take him off of the support until this morning.  Well, he didn't even take a breath.  His passing was peaceful.  I am really asking for prayer for his family, especially his dad.  Thanks for always thinking of us! Tonja-you are in my thoughts.  In fact, I bought some herbal tea I need to bring to you.  (It just popped into my head at the store "Tonja could use a cup of tea" so I put some in the buggy).  You are also in my prayers. I'd just like to ask for a clear head to make the best choices for my Uncle.

I could use a cup of tea!  You are so sweet for thinking of me!  I tell you all what...I have met the most awesome, true blue people on this board.  It's such a privilege to call you all my friends! Tonja

It's Wednesday...anyone want to add to the list? I'm here at home with my girls.  Harlie said she wasn't feeling well this morning and Taylen came in following up with not feeling well.  So, we are at home - watching the View. Tonja

Hello everyone, I too believe in the power of prayer - I would like to ask prayer for my hubby's family - this Saturday is my husband's little brother's birthday - well it would have been, he passed away this past March due to an overdose.   We don't think it was on purpose, but we don't know for sure.   Also, I quit my job in October, a well paying job - but a very stressful one, I wanted to not have to worry about work while I am recovering so I could definately have a lifestyle change.  Well,  my request is that I could find a job near my home  in  Mustang that I  can enjoy. Thank you all for lifting these up and I will definately be lifting yours up as well. In His Love, Brenda
