ten day pre op diet

I start my ten day pre op diet monday. I have a really bad cough (bronchitis) and havent felt like going to the store but guess I will have to go tomorrow to get stuff.

You might call your doctor to see if there is any meds you can take to clear up the bronchitis.  Did you get an inhaler to help strengthen up your lungs?  I'd call first thing Monday morning with that question. Praying for the bronchitis to go away. Tonja

yeah I went to the doc and am on medicine..I think its going to get better in a few days. Ive already had it about five days. it usually clears up in around ten

I wish you all the best on your liquid diet.  It's a tough one and it'll make you do a bit of soul searching.  With luck you'll gain some tools and insight from it that will help you on this journey.

well I did atkins pretty hardcore for almost two years..so I am telling myself if I a "carb addict" can do that then I can do this.
