Calling all Tulsans (and those who visit here)

I just came back from Discount Sports Nutrition on 61st between Mingo and Memorial and the owner told me that he was going to start carrying the Building Blocks vitamins that are advertised here on OH.  I have tried a few of the vities and supplements and they actually taste good.  He said that they would be in on Tuesday 11/3.  He also said that he was going to set up a shelf just for bariatric patients.  Also, the have the yummiest protein smoothies!!  I especially like the chocolate covered cherry.  Check them out. My favorite vitamins are the ones from Bariatric Advantage.  I'm thrilled with them.  If you have a support group leader, ask them to request samples from the company for you to try. Also, if you are looking for a great ready to drink protein shake, the ones from Smart Forme in vanilla and chocolate are so awesome. Tonja

Thanks for the info!  I'll have to check that place out when I'm in Tulsa next...  I think that will be December 13 when I see the cardiologist for the last time (I hope!)

I use the bariatric advantage also and I order almost everything from Susan Marie list Bariatriceating.com I am doing great and in 6 months have lost 96 pounds and am just 4 pounds from my goal.  Dr. G  says I have already reached goal and he will be ready for me to see the Plastic surgeon in Feb,  which I am not totally sure about.   This has been a lot of weight for someone my age to come off this fast and Dr. G is very happy but so am I  Blessings sandy c
