I am so fusterated. The surgeon called and informed me that the person I saw for my phyco exam was not a phycatrist (sp?) or phycotherapist (sp?) now I have to redo that exam with the real deal!!! I am so disappointed, it took so long to get everything in now I have to wait again!.. and to top that off I have been swelling in my legs and feet again so I have gained 12 lbs! grrrrrrr

Hang in there, you have come so far. Hopfully the swelling will go down and if you stay on track that should add up to 12+ when it does. Stay on course I know you can do it.

Wow I am so lucky! my surgeon has a psychotherapist in his office! This truly sucks! But keep your head up and remember this time next year you will be a loser!!!
