I saw Dr. G today , and i am doing great , he approved the move to soft foods...YEA mashed potatoes on Thanksgiving. I have lost 19 lbs. forever, and i go in for my first fill on Monday , Dec. 17 , perfect , right before Christmas!!! Thank you to my support group friends for last night , it helped so much , i look forward to an "eating out" lesson soon!!!
