Just trying to stay on task!
Hey guys I'm sure you don't want to hear eveything I've consumed today but i feel it may keep me eating right if I know I will be be posting it for all to read. So whatever works right.
Let's see when I woke up I had my protein shake. 5:15
then for breakfast 3 slices of bacon 8:30
then for lunch 3 oz of chicken breast and about 2 oz green beans 10:30 (early I know).
Anyway for now that's all.
Oh yeah alot of water in between.
