any ideas
Alot of you guys are experts at this , i know i am on the liquid diet for 2 weeks ,,,i am wondering if you guys have any good ideas of things i can eat/drink to add some variety , i am wondering about the protein drinks , i am learning how careful you have to be about how much sugar these things have ,,,,i am also open to soup ideas etc... thanks ...Lu

The health food store on I 240 and Penn has some great organic soups that are soybased-things like corn chowder, etc, that are completely pureed. You might want to add some non flavored protein powder to those while you are on liquids only. My favorite is the ginger carrot cashew. The red curry is pretty high cal/high fat, so go easy on that one.
thanks deb, i sent my brother to the health food store out here on Memorial , he didnt find those flavors but he did get me 2 to try ,,,( he wants to help , so it was good for both of us!!) thanks again!! Lu
