NSV victory

I announced this on the main board too-but I'm sooo pumped-I'm taking a horseback riding lesson on Monday!  Horses have been my first and most enduring love, and I don't want to lose that.  My surgery and weight loss and lower rental rates here in Oklahoma have given me a chance to revive that old love, and I"m going to take it.

Congrats  !    I've only ridden a horse one time.    When I was about 10, my Mom took me to Thunderbird lake and we rode a horse.   It really scared me and ever since then, I've been afraid to ride a horse.      I can't really put my finger on what about it scared me....but something did. Now, as I'm older, I think horses are beautiful.   Wish I could conquer my fear of riding them tho. Loretta

That sounds like so much fun. I have not been on a horse since I was a little girl. I would love to do that again. It is awsome how much our lives change after wls, things that never seemed doable before are now possible.  Tressa
