Baby It's Cold Outside! etc.

Wow...I'm really freezing.  That's awesome! I'm so glad to see Jane Seamore (sp?) got kicked off Dancing With The Stars.  It was great seeing her accomplish so much - but she was just too dainty out there and I don't think she could have gotten wild with the dancing.  Too bad! I'm curious who will win it! I saw the other post about clothes...well,  I buy most of my clothes at Cato.  They are pretty cheap and usually have a lot on the clearance rack. Those of  you with extra clothes that don't fit anymore - at Band of Distinction, we do have clothing exchange - so if you aren't dead set on getting the tax help - you might think about bringing some clothes to exchange to meetings. I thought Jane Seymour did a fantastic job but she wasn't able to do a lot of dramatic moves due to back and knee problems.  She was on GMA this morning and said she's had spinal fusion and disc problems plus a bad knee which made her quit ballet at 16.  I think either Mel B. or Helio will win but who knows what will happen after Sabrina got voted off.

 

Oh girl, I wore my peacoat, gloves and a turtleneck sweater to work and everyone looks at me like I am crazy, but I don't care.  I just wonder what I will do in Jan and Feb when it is truly freezing outside? AmyBeth

I want a peacoat!  I've wanted one forever - but haven't gone and bought one yet.  Hmmmm....maybe I'll do it! I did think that Jane Seymore looked incredible!!!  Gosh to have that bod at 56.  I'm jealous! 

Well I had a black peacoat before but it was size 3x and would fall off of me now, so I went to Kohl's and got one normally 140.00 for 94.00 on sale, yeah! and a size Large, what a difference! AmyBeth

I heard that Jane Seymore was ousted last night.  I also heard that Marie Osmond's father passed away last night.  I wonder if she will be as strong as Jane was when she lost her mother a couple of weeks ago.  Not much of a Marie fan, but I think it is strange that two contestants have lost a parent during their time on this show. CMA will be hit and miss for me. I'm not much into country music and don't know to many of the stars.  Have a great day everyone.

I'm a big Cato fan.  For a small store, they do a good job of packing in something for a lot of different tastes.  I rarely buy anything unless it's on the clearance rack.  The jeans I bought last week felt "thinner" though than the ones I retired after surgery (first they served as cut offs).  Those things lasted a couple of years, these new ones won't , but they won't have to .....lovin my band. Jane looks great for her age, such a lovely woman.

I LOVE Cato.  I like how they actually cater to tall plus-sized folks, as Avenue quit carrying most of their stuff in tall sizes. I love this cold weather, too... Cathy
