There was an article in today's paper about how our eating habits and smoking habits are leading to Oklahoma's poor rating in terms of health of its citizens. As we go on our own personal quests for health, let's remember to help educate others as well.
I don't think it's about brow beating someone-just small, little changes can make a big difference in our health and our planet. If you are drinking individual waters-please recycle all those bottles. We don't want one positive step to turn into a negative somewhere else.
If you are eating lots of fresh veggies, think about composting. More than that, TELL people about what you are doing to better your health. Show them.
WLS isn't a cure all-we still have to eat properly, supplement properly and exercise. Let's set ourselves out as leaders and give others good examples to follow.
