OMG...Ok, I just had a thought!!!!  If I go to Texas and have my surgery will I be an Okie "reborn" a Texan????   If so, I need a ride home because I don't think my husband could stand it. hehehe!  Tomorrow is my liquid diet and my drive to Dallas.  Surgery is 8:00am Wednesday morning.  I leave tomorrow afternoon so I may not get to be on the computer until Sat/Sun so, bye ya'll!! Next time I talk to you'all I'll be on the losers bench!

I had my surgery in TJ but no one asked me for my green card.  I lived in Dallas for 20 years, but was always considered by both Oklahomans and Texans to be an Okie (you only have to hear me speak to know why). I'll say a prayer for you tomorrow as I'm driving out to look at the leaves!

Don't worry, you are only going to be in Texas momentarily, not nearly long enough to be a reborn Texan!  Faron will manage to love you despite it all! I will be praying for you tonight and tomorrow that all goes well with your surgery, and the kids are happy and safe at home with Grandma.  Take good care of yourself and let us know how you are as soon as you're able to! :) Staci
