29 more to go
Last Friday was my all day pre-surgery appointments. Started the day off with the upper G.I. and lab work, then it was off to have the psych eval completed, then on to the nutritionist who has me on a 1400 calorie diet plan, then off to see the exercise guru who has me walking/biking 35 minutes 3-4 times per week.
When I arrived upstairs for the non-lab appointments, Robin, the nurse, did the vitals and weighed me and I was down 6 pounds from the last time I was there on October 22 for my consultation. I'm still going to weigh****chers though so I can have weekly accountability and see how I'm progressing.
This Thursday I have my heart stress test and I think that will be it for all of my pre-surgery stuff. Then when I get the weight off it will be surgery time. I'm getting so excited.

Thank you Deb. Where do you go for water aerobics? I only have a stationary bike for now. I'm hoping as I lose weight I can find a comfortable bike. I'm looking into joining the Y here in Bethany.
