We are truly blessed with some lovely weather these days.  I'm still in shorts, yeah it's chilly in the AM but I just know a time is going to come when they won't be possible, so I'm hanging on.  It's also a new Month!  November is a big month for a lot of us on the board, my birth month, and a sort of rebirth month for many of us. With fall in full bloom, what changes in yourself would you like to see in Spring?  And what are you going to do to work on it now? For me, I want much smaller shorts when I buy them for spring.  As much as I hate putting these away, I am anticipating the new ones (size yet unknown).  And I'm going to redouble my workout efforts to help make that a possibility.  I'm like a bear, in the cool I want to hibernate, not move.  But the more I move now, the easier I will move come spring.

I hope to start to see a little bit of a tan this spring for my cruise in July.  I'm going to take it slow and build gradually. I am too cold right now to wear shorts.  You would think it was the dead of winter as cold as I am.  But, I love it!  I'd rather be cold than hot!!! I've got my treadmill - so I'm going to walk my booooooty off !! Tonja

I'm still in my shorts also.  Every chance I get until it is a lot cooler than now.  By spring, I goal is to have had my surgery and well on my way to goal.  I plan on getting into an exercise routine.  The winery trip sounds like fun, but if there is foot ball on especially OU or OSU being televised there is no way to get my husband out of the house.  I tend to watch it also.  Have fun and take a sip of a blush wine for me.

I got inspired to go for a bike ride (I skipped water aerobic yesterday due to Dr. Appointment) so I just used this lovely weather as the perfect lure to go riding through my old neighborhood.  Thank God for gears-the hills are higher than they used to be LOL.
