Just when I thought Dr. G was 'pretending' to adjust my band (no...not really), I finally feel restriction. After my second fill bringing me to 4.5 cc's, I still wasn't feeling satiety...however tonight...lo & behold...I took two bites of steamed broccoli and I'm done. A little painful, but a great way to get me to stop eating. YEA for being stuck...especially on Halloween when all the candy is sitting in bowl by the front door. Cathy
