I saw Dr. Gornichec today and to my surprise i had lost 7 lbs so he was happy!!!! I am on my way , i have my pre op , pre admission thingy on Thursday , and my surgery is next Thursday at 7:15 am . So glad i am first up !!! I am on day 2 of the pre op diet , I asked his nurse about the constant headache and she said it was likely the decrease in carbs , since i dont really do caffeine, hopefully it will pass , otherwise i am feeling good ...........

Atta girl, Luanne! You're so close now. Keep up the good work on the liquids...and try to get your carbs in. Sometimes it's hard, but you can do it. I kept track of everything on fitday.com...perhaps this would make things easier on you so you know exactly how much you're intaking. Cathy
