What kind of juicer do you have?  I've thought about getting a juicer on several different occasions.  I once worked with a lady who juiced like a mad woman and she made it sound like it was hard to find good juicers anymore Maybe she just needed an industrial strength one and most people do just fine with the regular run-of-the-mill juicers. I think I was considering a JuiceMan one 3+ years ago, the last time I looked into it...

I have a Jack Lalane Juicer-I have always wanted to buy something off an info-mercial, so a few weeks ago I sat down and picked around and settled on the Jack LaLane Juicer.  It looks great, I am still setting it up, reading ,etc. because I didn't want to rush out and buy a bunch of stuff that I wouldn't use....But, if I make carrot juice once a month it will pay for itself in a year (that stuff is expensive). The thing that sold me on Jack's juicer, other than the fact that I grew up watching him, was that you don't have to cut up all the stuff-you can put it in pretty much whole.  He even had recipes for the pulp, but I am working on a compost bin so I'll likely compost the pulp or mix it in for some low fat dog food.

Sounds good... Did you see the lady on Oprah yesterday having her green veggie drink w/ Dr. Oz?

No, but I have a box of "green vitality" that isn't half bad.  I'm going to read up on the detox stuff and maybe do it three days or so at the first of Novemberish-pre-holiday cleanse.  I do want to read though and use the right substances, not just a made up liquid diet.
