Gratitudes

Today I am grateful for the beautiful weather, friends to go visit with, family nearby and this wonderful life I've been given.  Also, extremely grateful for the band, which is increasing the quality and the quantity of my life each day I have it.  Not everything has been handed to me, but I'm very grateful for the brains and guts to work out how to achieve my goals, and the time to do it.  In fact, I'm grateful for the experiences, good and bad, that have led me to this place in my life.

Ahhhhh, that makes me feel good. I'm trying to post when I have warm cozy feelings moreso than when I don't.  One thing  lot of writers do is go wayyy heavy on the sarcasm, etc. and I want to be an uplifting writer, more Maya Angelou than Sex In the City....so, I am practicing on you guys!

Tis a wonder thing to be grateful...for me I am grateful that I have5 days to go before I do the actual 10 day diet. plan on going all soups till my big day.

I've had such a wonderful last several days. It was a blast having the girls with me at work while they were on fall break.  We had a really great time! I got to meet up with my friend from high school last night.  We laughed so much and it felt so good.  It was funny being reminded of all the funny things I did back then. Today I got to see my two sisters, my niece and nephew and my parents.  It was such a pleasant visit and very refreshing. I feel at peace with life. T
