ARK

I jus****ched 'Evan Almighty' on my computer here at work and oh my go**** was awesome and made me feel good. I really liked what they said 'ARK' stood for...Acts of Random Kindness.  Ah ha!!! So, have you ARKed someone today?

I've been at work all day running reports and updating spreadsheets.  I talked to a couple of co-workers who came by to visit.  I left my doggies inside the house today---they don't like the rain.  Does being kind to dogs count?

Stayed home this morning to study for an insurance exam.  Saw my surgeon for follow-up (not WLS-related) and was given the a-ok and told I healed marvelously.  Had some bloodwork done to check to see if my genetic makeup will comply with new meds.  Went to Pacer and rode a bike for 15 minutes.   Now, I'm just killing time until I take the exam in 45 minutes.   I'm a nervous wreck, as if I don't pass, not only do I have to reimburse my company for the cost of taking the class ($500), but I also don't complete the prerequisite to promote to my next salary-grade. Talk about pressure. (I told my surgeon how pleased I was that she was referred to me, as she's clearly the 'best' I've found.  I wonder if that's an ARK). Cathy
