Well I have been off line for a while. My computer went haywire (with a little help). And it was in the shop. At work we have been busy so I have not had time to get online. I hope to sit down soon and go thru the posts to catch up on everything. Well the 10th I was 3 months out and I am down about 70 lbs. I am now begining to notice some change. ( I guess we are the last to see). For the first time in my life I am excited to step on the scale.

Glad to see you are back! 3 months out and 70#s! That is so inspirational. My surgery is the 7th of November and I really am getting nervous. Little posts like these keep me going. Thanks and Good Luck! -Sandy

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow 70 pounds is soooooo awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm glad that you can start to see it. We are the last ones to notice it. Sometimes I wish they would have done surgery on my brain as well as my stomach!!! ROFL I still find myself feeling fat - UGH!!! I know, I know, slap me!!!! It's great to see you back on line.
