That sounds great!!  We took Miranda to McD's after her school fun night and Josh and I ate Arbys.  I thought I was going to get to see a recipe when I clicked on this message!

Not a recipe exactly, but I've been dumping a little ground flaxseed in puddings and yogurts for a little texture (and omega three).  I haven't really noticed a tasted, and I do like the taste of the rice in rice pudding, but the texutre is nice.

thanks for the recipe...  I've been experimenting with protein shakes so I'll know what I like if and when I have surgery...  I think I finally got a winner tonight!  Now, I just hope it agrees with me after wls.   I don't know much about flaxseed.  I did see flaxseed meal that was ground up pretty well that I thuoght would be a good addition to many different things.

Sounds like a great way to get in some protein!  I'm sick of plain old cottage cheese---haven't eaten it for a few weeks.
