venting

ok dr gornichec's office told me to get five year medical weight history.. they said 03-04-05-06-07 now they are telling me they dont count this year? and I didnt go to a dr in 2002 ..any ideas?

Is it insurance asking for it or Dr. G's office?  And, can you ask Kim if those years would be enough? Tonja
