Thought that I had better come and check in and see whats up with you girls Sounds like the Oklahoma City get together was a lot of fun and to top it off Dr. G and Kim now how good was that LOL  he is so cute hey if any of you girls are going to be in or around Tulsa and need or want some protein I have some  Protein Delite On The Go  Chocolate Coconut that I bought from Susan Marias BE before I had surgery and I liked it after surgery I can't drink it  so if anyone is in Tulsa and wants it you are more than welcome to it.  and they of course are safe they have never been opened as they are again to go bottles  Just let me know I am busy most of this week and weekend but any other time would be great Laurie I am so sorry for the problems your family had the other night,  I don't know what they were but I wish I would have been able to help  Hope things are better now Well I had better go  Need to get a few things done before going to the church to help out today Hugs San
