hi everyone . whats new? I went to dallas this weekend to see a concert..and had to wait three hours for the band to play...ugh...i was so tired..then our cab driver almost killed us several times driving back to the hotel I have my sleep study wednesday nite..I wasnt too crazy about the sleep study doctor he didnt seem to have that great of a personality but oh well. i will be sleeping right...lol

I havent been to a concert in years...last time I went my friend and I had the car stolen..felt like idiots looking over a parking lot for somthing that wasnt that any more. What sleep doc r u going to? I went to the Oklahoma sleep Center here in the city....

being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
