I'm such a dork-I love it when my ticker lands on a nice number. 7 pounds gone from September 13.  He added a bit, then took some out, but not all of it.  That completely closed off feeling was icky, but I'm glad I had it so I'd know what to look for.  First he pulled out a cc to let the water go gurgle through and that was hilarious.  I'm still in Conroe, trying to assess "am I too tight or just right" but I think I'm going to call it good and head for home. I am now a true believer in how those little incremental dabs can make a huge difference.  I was a doubter before.

Yee Haw!!!  Bye bye 5 bags of 5# Sugar!!!  I'm glad you don't have to carry them any more!!!    EVER!!    I'm such a huge fan of reading all of the posts - it keeps me motivated and thankful for my date.  I can't wait to loose 3  - 40# bags of dog food off my body.  That  is crazy- I can't even begin to wrap my mind around that!!! That is great!

Thank you all.  Doc P pretty much thinks this will do it for at least 50 pounds or so and now it is time to tackle the EXERCISE monster. I had surgery in February (before lap band) still wasn't getting around well and had the lap band in July and I really think I'm pulling out my back and stuff these days because my muscles are soooooo out of shape. I bought a MIO watch and I'm going to set it to ring at regular intervals for moving breaks. I have a punching bag and a nice 3 station gym.  I have a bike.  And I'm joing a water aerobics class with Mom. I'm going to write out goals every week and post them here. (Just thought of that).  By keeping it weekly I can accomodate schedules, doctors appointments and weather.  GO TEAM.
