so I had my consultation, have scheduled my lab tests, sleep study and whatever that test is where they stick that thing down your throat.. I havent been approved for surgery yet but keeping positive that I am on the right track..

i have had every tests in the book just waiting on insurance , i just try not to dwell on it , and know that it will happen ,,so keeping positive is the main thing ,i have also been trying to prepare in other ways , like talking to my counselor about my food issues and what i will do when i cant "emotional ' eat , hmmm definitely something to think about for me ...

you r getting there it just takes time....the donw your throat thing... sounds strange..........i hated the pulminary function test

being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
