Think I need a wee bit of an unfill.  I've had some middle of the night regurgitation and I sure don't want to erode anything.  We'll see. Tonja

I love your attitude-it's not the sky is falling the sky is falling-just accepting what may be happening and deaing with it. This new fill is slapping me upside my head-I WILL eat small bites, or guess what-I can't eat at all.  LOL.  The band is a strict teacher. I know people talk about agressive vs. non agressive fill, but I am beginning to realize the slower process is to allow us to learn how to deal with restriction. I ramble-I hope you feel better!

I'm just thankful that through this process I have learned to listen to my body.  It tells me everything I need to know.  Dr. G went ahead and took my last fill back out and I'm better off without it.  I am so thankful that he is so attentive to me and how I am feeling.  He is awesome! So, no whining here!  It's a win/win situation for me and I'm just so extremely thankful that I even got to have the procedure done. Tonja
