Have you ever been on a cruise?

We're signed up for a cruise and it made me wonder - how many people on here have cruised before?  This will be my first. If you have... What cruise line did you use? How long was your cruise? What ports did you visit? What excursions did you do? I'm really looking forward to ours and it seems like that is all I can think about now.  So, help me indulge myself in this new addiction - tell me something about your cruise! Tonja

I was in highschool.  I took a cruise to the eastern carribean with my family...nassau is the only stop I remember.  It was about 4 days long, I think.  We departed from Miami and went with Carnival. When/where/how long are you going? Cathy

I would love to go on a cruise.  I've even thought about the wls cruises.

We're doing the 7 day Western Caribbean next summer.  We're suppose to be going to Montego Bay, Grand Cayman and Cozumel.  I think it's going  to be a blast.  Here I've not even been on one before and I'm already to book another one. I'm crazy! Tonja

my ex husband and i took 2 cruises , one to the Bahmas and one to The Baja CA area , encinda mexico and catalina island , we saw grey whales on that one quite a sight!!  Both were lots of fun , i am a beach and ocean lover so i was in heaven !!  you will have a blast !!!

We took A Baja Mexico cruise a few years ago. Just your run of the mill cruise. But when we were stationed in Italy we took a Mediterranean cruise.  Italy, Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Sochi Russian Federation, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Egypt, Israel, Malta. It was on Holland America. It was nice. Once in a lifetime kind of thing. But truthfully I would have rather traveled on our own. We would have spent about the same amount of money and really been able to enjoy the places more. The way it worked we spent less than 6 hours in each port. Plus there were parts I didn't care for. Had we traveled on our own we could have cut out those places and spent more time at the places we love. In 2010 we plan to spend a month traveling there again. But this time we will take planes, trains and automobiles.

I went on a cruise with my mother, little sister, moms friend, and her two daughters.  It was a blast!!  It was a carnival cruise, for 5 days.  We went to Cozumel which is beautiful, and playa del carmen, which was fun, but not nearly as pretty.  HAVE FUN!!1

Lucky you Tonja-Grand Cayman is one place I've always wanted to go-probably because the cmpany I worked for had an office there.
