Okay - here's my first post of the day.  I've been sick today.  I've had one of my bad headaches again.  UUUHHHH.  So, I'm not going to be at support group tonight.  I'll miss you all! Tonja

I missed you there, Tonja...especially because at the beginning of the meeting, I got a phone call announcing my big "secret" and I was going to tell you about it. ***sigh*** Cathy

I'm so bummed that I didn't get to be there for that announcement.  But, I am feeling better.  I'm sick of these headaches.  It seems like since we moved to Edmond - I have them more.  And, when we have weird weather kicking up - it hits as well! Tonja

Tonja, google nettie pots.  My allergies/headaches were so bad in Dallas I was having monthly steroid injections in each nostril.  Now I don't even take OTC medicine.
