And I have lost.......

Well, I won't know until tomorrow.  He heee.  I go to Houston for a fill but I'm just practicing saying "I've lost XX pounds so far".....and being happy with whatever that number is.  Staying off the scale doesn't cure ALL our problems, does it? I don't think I'll be able to sustain this level of Not Weighing-and it probably isn't a good idea to anyway.  My intent was just to avoid the high/lo's of the post op diet phase. Of course (the obsessive side of me whispers) it will be a DIFFERENT scale, so how can I be sure.......
