Thats the greatest thing about this journey, one is begining it while others are futher down the road. For me having to do this diet before surgery has done so much for besides the weight lost. It has shown me that all these years where I ate when I was bored or constantly thinking of food was such a waste of time. I thank GOD for Dr. Keith...who in his way knew I needed this!
