OH MY GAWD!! I have finally hit one of my huge goals! I am in ONEDERLAND!!! It is a weird feeling!! I never thought I would achieve this!! After a three month stall I finally am moving again!!

Onederland is a place I haven't been to in AGES!! I can easily say at least 25 years! I was 206 when I delivered my daughter that long ago and I never lost the "baby" fat! I was wondering if I would ever get there! I've been stuck between 210 and 200 for almost three months - mostly by my own doing - non compliance queen that I am! However, I had surgery on my back a few weeks ago and I was eating everything in sight!! I just knew I was going to have to go way back to a ketonic diet to kick things back in order. But, once I eased back on the pain meds and was able to move (ha) again, here it goes dropping off!
I can't believe that I am where I am wearing the sizes that I am wearing! My daughter and I can actually share some (not many) clothes and I have by passed my mother. She isn't happy about that, but maybe it will spark her to take care of herself too.
To any of those on the fence, RNY is a way of life, and it is hard work! But the end results are life saving and great! Everytime I see my surgeon - Dr Walton - I make sure he knows he is my life saver!
