YYYYYIIIIIPPPPEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

I recieved a voicemail message today from Kim, Dr. G's coordinator telling me that I have been approved and they are looking at the 24th of this month for my date!!!!!!!! I am so excited and scared all at the same time! Thanks to everyone on board for being supportive.

Wow - that is right around the corner.  CONGRATULATIONS!  You are well on your way to the new you.  I am so happy and excited for you. Keep us posted on it all...your 10 day diet...your excitement....your concerns... We're here for you and can't wait to talk to you more! YEAH!!!!!!! Blessings! Tonja

Yippie I am so happy for you! When it comes to the ten day diet i am the pro been on it for  46 days.

Thanks everyone for your support. I will definately keep you posted on everything. My surgery is not on the 24, but on the 25. I feel like things are going so fast!!

Wowie!  That is SOOO close!  Are you having it done at Baptist?  The reason I ask is that I thought he only did surgeries on Thursdays. So, you start your preop on Sept 15?  Are you ready for it? Congratulations!  Hang in there.   Cathy

I am having the surgery at Baptist. I think that Dr. G does bands on Thursday but he does bypasses on Tuesdays. I can only hope I am prepared for the pre-op diet. But I figured I have tortured myself with diets before, so it will be ok.

YEAH Tiff! I am so excited for you.  AND, we're here for you in this 10 day diet.  If you need anything - you just let us know!  So do you start it next week? Tonja
