ok i been playing with the ticker... and i hope it works

Here's a repost - tickers and signatures can be difficult the first few times: Go to main Lapband Forum. Go to User Settings on the left. That is where you can put in your signature and your ticker. Now, let me tell you - do the copy and paste on the actual ticker picture (not the code) in order for it to show up. Good luck! Tonja

I finally figured it out.. ok after I reread the instructions and read all of them this time.. duh sherrie.. thanks for the help

...okay, Tonja... I'm trying to add a ticker (and it shouldn't be this hard),  I continue to get the message  • Signatures cannot be taller than 144 pixels (two inches), and Flash is not allowed in your signature.  No matter how much I've reduced the size and tried to manipulate it, I can't get it to accept it. What's that about? Thanks! Cathy

cathy i even tried to copy and paste the actual pic of the ticker and i got an error message ,,,,i gave it up  for now

Sherrie, Whose seminar are you going to? The ticker is working great. I tried to put on one when I first joined but gave up. Kudos to you for figuring it out!

I am going to Dr. Fisher in Tulsa. I am pretty sure he will be my surgeon because he is the only one in my area that takes Soonercare.  as for the ticker.. you have to cut and paste the picture of the ticker for it to work right.. it took me several tries until I actually read the entire instructions..lol.. duh

Thats something that I do not understand....why alot of these surgeons do not accept medicare of  medicaid.  I have read so many posts about looking for surgeons who accept them. Its  apity that the people who are in need, have to without help. I just might try the ticker again. Who knows I might figure it out...

Um....I just don't know. I have gotten that message before when I've had to large pixel for my avatar - but not with my ticker.  Maybe we all need to meet up at Starbucks and we can get them all set up.  Ha!  That would be a lot of fun.  I'd supply the computer! Tonja
