How to create a Signature?

Hello Everyone! I have searched everywhere and I have no clue how to create a signature to be put on my messages!  I also went and created a ticker and I have no clue where to put that! Can someone please help me? Thanks Sarah PS....I am trying to paste my ticker at the bottom of this message...we will see if it works! I am so bad at explaining anything - but here goes! Go to main Lapband Forum. Go to User Settings on the left. That is where you can put in your signature and your ticker. Now, let me tell you - do the copy and paste on the actual ticker picture in order for it to show up. Good luck! Tonja
