Testimonials

Okay...I have a question after I noticed something unusual. The surgeon testimonial that I put on my OH site has appeared on my surgeon's web site.  I know that my surgeon has a link to OH from his site and that OH has a link from their site to his, but when I wrote a testimonial about my sugeon on my OH profile, did the "terms of agreement" state that I was giving him permission to transfer my words onto his site? I didn't say anything shameful or untruthful about him, but it struck me as peculiar that the web gods would, without permission, take my testimonial and transfer it to another site (espectially with my first & last name, and my email address). Is this a normal practice for all bariatric surgeons who link back & forth from the OH site? Cathy

Very possible.  I know that when you search for bariatrics surgeons - and the ones that come up through OH - they are linked in with OH.  I'm sure they read these boards - which I think is great.  It's good for them to read the kudos as well as any negative comments.  Afterall - we are one big happy family! I would pop a note to customer service and ask....To me I would not want my email address out there for the world to see. I might get to much fan mail...or maybe hate mail...
