Hey Okies! It's FRIIIIIDAAAAAAAY!!!!!

And it's hot, but gorgeous.  My roses are going nuts again and my hibiscus bloomed and due to the heat, my grass is growing slowly-oh it don't get no better than this.  Whatever stage you are in your journey, please remember to step away from the scale and look around.  For me at least, the more contented and at peace I am, the less I struggle with food issues.

I'm off to take Uncle John to the Dr (just a check up) and then we will have lunch and some light shopping.

 

I'm so glad it is Friday.  I've been to the doc (PCP) this morning to have some moles freeze dried.  The one on my arm looks like a big nipple right now.  Really gross - but funny. We're planning on going over to Fish City in Edmond for lunch - this is the last hurrah before school starts. Tomorrow I'm taking my oldest daughter and her friend for manicure and pedicures for my daughter's b-day.  She is turning 13 - oh my gosh!!!  But she is an awesome kid and so deserves to have the special treatment.  Her b-day isn't until labor day, but we're celebrating before school starts.  Then we'll be going to Mardels and out to eat. Sunday we're going to go visit the in-laws.  It's going to be fun.  They are going to go on our cruise with us this next summer.  They are a blast to be around. So, it's going to be a fun filled weekend for us.  I love being alive and healthy and able to enjoy this wonderful day! Tonja

Yep its Friday! Been searching online for an apartment to move to. Beats being in the heat. But its a slow process. Other than that its a long boring week end for me except for a ride to Midwest City....oh how exciting my life is!
