Ladies and gentlemen if you are wanting or you need a support group meeting...and you are either a bander or a RNYer or a whatever in WLS come tonight at 7 pm to Lake OVerholster Church of The Nazrene for a time to be had. Get info useful tips and some receipes. And just some good ole companioship from old posters newly poster and the premies. All are welcomed if you need directions just ask.......

I wish I'd known about this earlier, as I would've loved to go.  How often does this group meet?  Is it only post-ops, or pre-ops as well?  Also, is it directed toward one surgeon? Thanks for any insight you can give!

We meet once a month and its for pre ops and post ops and those thinking of WLS.  It is not just for one type of surgery either. The group is from Living OUR Dreams and everyone is invited. Some of the people are from Dr. Keith and Dr. Nelson's practise and there are few that are from other doctors. There were fourteen last night  1 was lap band 7 were RNY  post ops ranging from a few months out to a year out. And 2 premies, and 4 supporters. Which was real interesting to here their side of the surgery. There are always samples of products that we try and discussions of new products and how each person is doing. Its like an extension of the online group.
