Ah Ha!
I changed up my exercise program from the usual that I've been doing and guess what...I lost some more weight! YEAH!!! I'd always heard that it was true - that if you were plateauing that you could change up your normal exercise routine and bust the plateau - well - it worked! I'm so excited....and I just can't hide it!
Plus, I've been trying to figure out how to reduce my back fat - and I've found a rowing machine that works the whole entire back (at the gym) and I am super stoked.

Yeah, I've been shrinking all over, but I do have some back fat that I know can be corrected with exercise and I really believe the rowing is going to be just the key!

Yay! You go girl. I just bought a Weider home gym (takes up most of the sunroom) and I am going to start working out with light weights. I can't do crunches for 6 months (oh darn) but everything else is ok. I really got it for the leg press (therapy for my ankle) but it's got a pull down bar and pec bars so I might as well start toning up those flabby arms.
